Just wanted to say I still read this thread and still feel a bit of solidarity even though we moved to CBR..we are in the Premier Inn waiting to fly tomorrow and I still feel it is wrong that CSR guests have been offered nothing. I really thought one day I would read there had been a breakthrough. I know the works are more liveable-with than CBR but to have offered nothing just ain't right.

I completely agree. The noise seems to be resort wide and I would have been very upset to have stayed put. Have a wonderful time xx

The noise from a building/room not far from us has been more disruptive during the day it like being at a dentist.
The whole of Disney is like a construction site at the moment as they gear up to get everything done for 2021.

Hi, so we arrived at CSR yesterday, after failing to get a move to a different resort. I'd put in a Touring Plan room request for Casitas 4 or 5 but was initially allocated Ranchos at check in so I asked for the blocks I wanted and got Casitas 5. I wanted to be far from the works but not far from the Pepper Market etc. We're facing the car park and I've so far heard no building works (been out all day though.) The works certainly look pretty unsightly but that doesn't affect us much in this location so I'd recommend it. The resort still looks so pretty at night. It's also good for bus stops in this location as they stop here first - AK bus for EMH this morning was full by the time it got to Cabanas and didn't stop there. Off to try the main pool soon

Yes, we were amazed by all the works on roadways as we arrived yesterday, and then DME dropped at Pop Century which had works too, so I took some comfort in realising it's quite difficult to avoid works here at the mo!

I've heard that Disney are giving away a pin set to those staying at Coronado Springs during construction.
Do we know if they're giving them to everyone, or just those immediately next to the construction zone/those who complain?
