200$ gift card, where do you collect it from?

When we booked our trip, we got the deal of free DDP, tickets etc and 200$ free spending money. My question is where do you collect it from? We booked through charter travel, flying with Thomas cook. When we asked charter, they said 'down town disney'. We know this is Disney springs, but where abouts? Please help!

You should get a voucher or slip saying you're entitled to the gift card too, and you need to take that with you to World of Disney as well. The desk where you collect is stuck out of the way in a corner now, either called Guest Relations or Guest Services.

I know OP isn't, but people going with Virgin Holidays have to collect from the rep at the airport.

Yes they do - I used my driving licence yesterday to collect our gift card.
