I would def go to DC without the dolphin swim . We have been a couple of times since we did the swim as a non swim. Like others have said the swim was rather disappointing really . It is nice to go and not have to keep an eye on the time . You will enjoy your day for sure
I want to have a non swim day when we go next yr but my boys don't want to go . I may still book it for the rest of us and they can get an uber and go somewhere else on their own as they are grown men now

I enjoy it without the Dolphin swim only added that the 1st time, use it as a lovely relaxing day but lots to do if you want to be active, food has been nice and I think good value with Seaworld/ Aquatica tickets. I am waiting to see if there are deals on for Black Friday as I have had bargains before 🤣

Certainly worth going. One thing that still amazes me is that when you are immersed in the Discovery Cove area its crazy to think you are sat between the Central Florida Parkway and International Drive main highways. It seems so quiet and tranquil yet you are within a stones throw of a major motorway
Superb place though |

We have done it once and we did it without swim - it was a late booking and the slots had gone. We intend going back and booking the swim though as we got chatting to some folk and it seemed to be decent. We couldnt knock the food and drink, we certainly got our fill from breakfast to closing :-)

All the free snacks and drinks are great I will say. Being able to grab fresh cookies, crisps and drinks whenever you fancy them is a real plus, and they are all excellent quality too.
No it's not cheap to do, but get there early and you can certainly make a full day of it and get your monies worth. |

We’ve done the dolphin swim twice now and to be honest I would say it’s just ok. You are in a group of around 8 people and all do a few hand signals and get a fin pull. Kids loved it but one of them did the shark interaction which she loved more. We’re there again next August and I’m going to opt out of the swim and let the kids decide whether they want to do that or the shark encounter. We did it towards the end of the trip after having to re arrange due to very bad weather and it was a lovely chilled out day 😊
