Disney parks - prebook day?
I’ve just read you currently have to book the park you want to attend? appreciate a lot can happen between now and when I go in 2022 but if it’s still in place I’ll seriously consider my options as I like to park hop and not spend all day in one park.
Would be interested to hear experiences, ie how easy to book, availability etc, from those who are planning their trips shortly. Thanks |

It will still be in place next year, Chapek loves the system so I won't be surprised if it's permanent. But at the moment, you can book right through 2022. There's no need to more than a few weeks in advance, but the option is already there.
You only have to book your first park of the day. You can still park hop as normal (currently only after 2pm) without having to book the subsequent parks. And your reservation can be made or changed right up until you tap into a park that day, assuming there's availability. |

We go next Easter and I booked our park days some time ago.
Yesterday I tinkered with the days a bit, there are plenty of spaces. I would just book them, and alter as you like as I have. |

I'm going in just over two weeks and there's still availability every day of my trip. And today, for that matter.
It's really only peak times like Thanksgiving and Christmas that will fill up more than a few days/weeks in advance. And even then, it's mostly MK and HS. A lot of people hop to Epcot so reservations are easy, and AK isn't as popular as the other parks at the moment. |

We go next August and I've already booked a park for every day. I booked them for the " just in case " As I'd rather have something booked than nothing plus its something extra I'll be able to tweak around as with no DDP I'm not doing a great deal of meal planning. Xx
