Fastpass clashing with adr

Does anyone know when booking your fastpasses if if clashes with an adr does it give you the option to cancel the adr there and then?

When you book an adr that clashes with another adr it lets you cancel the original one whilst booking the new one.

Some days I’ve got a couple of adr’s for the same restaurant in case plans change (don’t judge me, I will be cancelling after FP day) but now I’m worried they might get in the way of hard to get Fastpasses.

It doesn't give you an option to cancel but does warn you that your time clashes with something else, you would then have to cancel your ADR by going into your plan

Does it just warn you but let you book the Fastpass anyway or does stop you from booking the Fastpass?

It just warns you. You can still book it.
