We had 1 night at Swan hotel. Didnt check into hotel first, went to Epcot for the day. Magic band scanned at entrance booth and hotel booking identified - parking free. Same thing the next morning for early entry to AK and parking free again.

Yes it will work regardless. But you can also check in on the app anyway.

Like you, we are staying one night at the Swan next month. Did you park at the Swan Hotel car park or Epcot? How come you got free parking? I was under the impression that you had to pay for parking at the Swan.

Many thanks

So if you got to your hotel before check in time , would they give your tickets there and then or would you need to wait until your room is ready? We are staying onsite next year and check in says 3pm, we will probably get to disney at 11am... hoping to go in to a park asap! Does anyone know what would happen with this?

If you're staying onsite you don't get given any physical tickets. They'll check you in, give you your magic bands and then you're good to go. You'll be able to access you're room once it's ready, but as long as your tickets are linked to MDE then all you need are your magic bands

Do you think its possible to go to the hotel in the moning pre check in time and collect magic bands? Im in the same situation but without magic bands as we are moving from a Universal hotel.

I have checked in at 6am before and left the luggage with bell services. One time they even gave me the room at 6am so we dropped off the luggage to the room.

We have booked base ticket for HS for 4th September, and we now looking to book 1 night camping at Disney fort wilderness for that night. We already have the disney tickets in hand and linked to our MDE.

If we book the camping, could we link it to our MDE also, and go straight to HS on the 4th, without checking in or collecting our magic bands? So use our physical tickets, but still get free parking and EMH at HS given the 1 night stay is linked to our MDA along with the physical tickets?
