What are your funny food foibles?

For example, I wont eat the crusts on a sandwich, and I dont eat half peanuts, I just pick out the whole ones, and leave the rest!

I also dont like toast in a cafe that has already been buttered.

I cant eat baked beans with mash and I cant have baked beans and egg touching on the plate. They are my main ones but I have many

With breakfast or lunch, cereal, sandwich and or a cake, i cannot eat anything until i have drunk my tea or coffee first.

Apparently I always leave something on my plate. I never 100% finish any meal. I hadn’t realised I did this until it was pointed out to me!

Also beans and egg touching - eugh

Lettuce and butter in a sandwich, even with other fillings. Some things are just not meant to go together

Some of mine are:

I sort M&Ms into colours, then eat them in a certain order (I don’t eat the orange ones).

I hate beans touching the other food items that are on the plate. So happy when eating out, and the beans come in a little pot. Baked potatoes with beans on top is fine though.

When eating a meal that has veg with it, I eat each veg separately. I don’t like to eat a mix of things like that together. If there are roasties I always leave those until last.

Stir fry, I pick out the tofu/gardein and eat that last.

Pizza, I eat the crust first.

I have loads.

Main one though, is won't eat what I call 'raw cheese'. So no to cheddar cheese cut from the block and put in a sandwich.

Will eat pizza or a cheeseburger though.

Like many I can’t have baked beans touching an egg.

Also, I won’t eat the skin on a baked potato unless I’ve made it at home (don’t trust anyone else to wash them properly).

I eat most things with a knife and fork, this drives DH crazy when I’m eating a burger in a bun.

Fruit with meat. Ham and pineapple, pork with apple sauce etc. It’s just not right.

Not me but my daughter in law.
She won't touch most cold food e.g salad apart from lettuce which has to be in a sandwich with ham.
Coleslaw sandwich fillers dips etc are a complete no from her and cheese has to be melted as its raw.
If she gets any of the sauce from baked beans on her hands she goes nuts as its disgusting.
