ESTA problems

Hi guys,

Travelling with a party of 5 leaving end of September.

3 of us have already got our estas

When my son has put in all there details on page 5 of 6 and he tries to go onto the page 6 to confirm it redirects him back to page 5 with no obvious errors on his form...

Done this now about 6 times...

Help!

Which details are on that page? Is it the address of where he is staying? You can force it through and then tick a box to confirm the address as valid.

We had exactly the same problem two weeks ago. Even emailed to find out if a problem. Told to try different browser, clear cookies, try PC rather than iPad. Still no luck on PC, laptop, phone and iPad. Left a week then magically it worked with the same info! Sorry not much help for you but maybe worth waiting if you can?

It�s just bizarre, no red asterisks to say you have made an error, page 5 basically checking all your details then you try to go to page 6 to add another traveller or pay and it just refreshes back to page 5...

First failed on Sunday and now today, will try another laptop to see if that helps.

I'd try doing them as single applications. The group option is only for the purposes of payment anyway.

It sounds like you are on the check page. For each of the sections, you must go into them and confirm for each section that the information is correct. If you do not press the confirm button in anyone of the sections it will just loop back to the page.

So open up each section and press the confirm button in it and at the end it should progress.
