It does seem ridiculous that they would take all these Pre-orders that they are then unable to fulfil. I will definitely be making a complaint!

Yesterday they apologised again and sent me a £5 gift card promising delivery around 20th. Today cancelled with a 10% discount 'to make it up to me' like everyone else.
Please all write a review on Trust Pilot (I may have mentioned it twice on there )
I've just pre ordered the book on Forbidden Planet - although it is more expensive now. After this I'm not holding my breath though!

why the hell would i order *anything* through them every again?!

unless they make this right in some genuine way, i will never use them ever again

Couldnt put 0 stars otherwise would have. Pre ordered 3 copies of Disneyworld Portrait of first half century back in June over £100 total order. Amazon customers received theirs a while bac. I chased twice by email and was advised more stock coming then next day received email cancelling order. I am now too late to get book elsewhere. Will NEVER use you again and will be telling everyone I know. Disgusting service. Don't promise if you can't deliver. You had my money for 4 months.

And only up to a maximum discount of £5… wow what a gesture! I have sent an email expressing my disappointment, not that it will make a difference but just to make the point!
