Am I reading this right and the new pcr test requirement isnt a day 2 test just a pcr to be taken by day 2? So in theory I could book a test at the airport upon arrival?

Thanks I'm a bit confused as my friend sent me a screenshot of the passenger locator form which says enter day 2 test reference?

You still have to book the PCR test while away or before you go so you can enter the test code on the form.

Yes what's confusing me is it that says day 2 test but I thought this wasnt a day 2 test just to be taken by day 2 ?

It’s a day 2 PCR test so the same thing only it’s a PCR instead. You can do the test from you land & up till day 2. Once you do the test you isolate till you get the results.

Sorry to jump 9n the thread can I asked if let’s say I buy the pcr test before I go I leave the test until I am back home I do the test I isolate until I get the results dose this seem ok I will have the ref number for form
