Travel Insurance documents

Hi everyone. I'm hoping someone can help. I have printed out all our Insurance documents for our cruise, but I'm not sure if I need to take all of them. (They add up to about 50 pages)
The ones I have are:

Insurance Validation Certificate 3 Pages
Covid-19 Cover Confirmation 1 Page
Initial Disclosure Document 1 Page
Insurance Product Information 4 Pages
Policy Wording 44 Pages

The Insurance Validation Certificate has all Medical information on pages 2 and 3. Do I need to show these at the port?

It just seems like a lot of paperwork.
Thanks
James

Do you have it available on your phone/ tablet etc if required? If so I wouldnít take the 44 pages of policy wording.
When mine was checked last year they only wanted to see the certificate, as this confirmed our names the policy we had and the dates it covered.

I would just take the important bits as a papercooy , the certificate saying who is covered and all the telephone numbers you need to contact people if you need help once on holiday. The rest I would save as a digital copy on a phone/tablet/laptop just in case.

Thanks for your replies. That sounds like a great idea to save it as a digital copy.

The only thing is, I'm not sure how to save it on my phone. 🤔. (My grandchildren always say I shouldn't have a smartphone). They're probably right. But at least I know how to take pictures. 😊

Any help on how to get it onto my phone would be a great help.
Thanks
James

Ahh, now I am sure there is a better more tech way but if you can get your email on your phone - I email the doc to myself and then download the attachment

Thanks Disney Bear. Thats what I thought as well, but if I don't get Internet access in the port, (Which is what happened last year) then I wouldn't be able to show anyone if they asked.

When it comes to the Covid vaccine proof, I have them printed out. They are only a couple of pages.

I would do this as well

I have apple devices, so if I send a PDF I can save it to iBooks.

Iím sure as long as you have the certificate, important info thatís all whatís needed, policy working is in case of issue, Iím sure someone would help if it was needed.

Thanks PinkBelle. Thats what I was thinking, that I would only need the actual Insurance certificate. But I was a bit concerned that the first page is the certificate, and the next 2 pages show all our illnesses. Do I need to show them that information as well?

I tend to take everything but the policy doc (the long one). That one I tend to just store electronically in case needed.

Thanks for the help. I'm still not overly comfortable showing the 2 pages of our illnesses. I wouldn't think anyone would need to see that. I would have thought that the first page of the three showing the actual Insurance Policy would be sufficient. If anyone could clarify that for us that would be great. Thanks
James
