Digital Eat and Play Card

I have received from Discount Florida Car Hire a link to activate my card

I have downloaded it but its not showing my card correctly I dont think

If I press on my card it then throws me out of the App

I have unistalled and reinstalled then activated it again and it�s doing the same

Not sure if I am doing something wrong

Any suggestions ?

I think the problem not displaying my card right is that my phone is portrait��it just shows the number but not my name or expiry date

I have installed it on my ipad and it is showing fully as its landscape

Still dont know though how to get it to display properly when I go onto details of a merchant or why when I try to view my card it throws me out of the App each time

Cant help you with your query sorry but was going to buy 2 of these as we are a family of 6. Can you use 2 together or is it one card for 4 people only please x

I�m sorry I really don�t know

We had a physical card years ago but there was only three of us

I would guess that you would have to split the bill to able to use two cards

Hopefully someone else in a larger group will be able to tell you

Hi JoJo, sorry you're having some issues. It's likely there is nothing wrong with anything you've done. There is a known bug that can force close things when selecting Your Card. You dont really need to use that function, if you just visit a Merchant's page, your card will display with all the necessary information. We should have that minor bug fixed soon anyways. Great question! Actually a variation of it has been our #1 received question for many years. Currently, a single device can only manage a one digital card/PIN at a time, although we're looking at a future upgrade to address this. For now, I would just get one PIN. Chances are very very good that will be sufficient just about everywhere and for everyone in your party. Thanks, have a great holiday.

Can I please ask when you received your link? I haven�t got anything with my rental voucher email so wondering if it comes separately closer to travel date.

There was a promotion but it ended a few weeks ago so it would depend upon when you initially booked. If it was a qualified booking, I believe they are sending out the activation PIN and related information seven days ahead of your travel date, but may be best to confirm with Andy. Thanks.
