Orlando Attraction Tickets UK/Floridatix

Has anyone had any experience of using these companies and are they prompt with their online booking service.

Bought ours through OAT. No issues at all. Only thing though, DS girlfriend was coming and they broke up 💔 she lost 25% of her ticket refund due to terms and conditions. Bit crappy considering we were due to go 2020.

I’ve just used Floridatix. Paid my balance one evening last week and had my Disney codes the next day. They don’t send physical Disney tickets anymore (even though the order form does give you the option) but once you have the number you can start to prebook parks.

I have used orlando attraction tickets several times and have never had any issues - we had 2 lots of tickets with them during the pandemic and their customer service on sorting it all out was great

I have just booked again with them for 2023

Yup, both are great, dependable, and long-standing companies.

I am currently having a meltdown as they've updated OAT to say that you must visit Disney Will Call to collect tickets meaning we are unable to book our days as intended.

If I'd have realised this, I wouldn't have paid the balance and found another company to book with.

Won’t they just send you the codes?
