BA Verifly (again)

Hi All

So we travel tomorrow. We tested this morning at 9am, and I completed Verifly immediately afterwards. We all have green ticks on there.

I've tried checking in with BA for both the shuttle and the flight to TPA, and it won't let me check in for either. It states that all the Verifly information is not completed, but it is and states we are ready to travel.

Does it take a while for BA to be updated, or is it a glitch / error? We will arrive in plenty of time to check in, but was hoping to just do bag drop to try and get a jump on security.

The exact same thing happened to us in Feb. We flew MAN-LHR-MIA. We all had the green ticks, but it wouldnt let us check in online. Like you i thought it might just be taking a while to update, but no joy. We just got to check in for opening, and it was quick and easy.

Ah fabulous, thank you! I do think the MAN - LGW shuttle is whats causing the issue then. I'll stop trying and panicking and just sort it all at check in.

Will they still use the Verifly app at the airport, or do I need the printed documents? I'll have both, just figuring out how best to store the printed stuff

Yes, they will check the App at check in. I explained we had the green ticks but it wouldn�t let us check in online. She didn�t seem surprised. We printed our documents out too as a back up but they weren�t required. Don�t worry, it�s very straightforward. Much less stressful than waiting for your test results! Lol

You don't require Verifly for the shuttle trip only for the LGW - TPA.

You should have been able to check in for the shuttle at the 24 hour mark.
