Try Erin McKenna's Bakery NYC. They do gluten free baked goods (everything they offer is gluten free and vegan )

I had one on my trip last month and I thought they were nice but weirdly salty! I had the double chocolate one and didn’t expect it to be so salty
Didn’t queue for long either, got to DS early and only queued for about 10 mins to get in

My personal opinion is that they’re overpriced, overrated and underwhelming.
Definitely not worth waiting around for. It’s a cookie. A very salty one. |
