I-Drive - recommended dining options

Hi all,

Off to Orlando next week. We've stayed onsite at Disney and Universal a few times, but never on I-Drive. Looking forward to trying some new food places - so I'm looking for some help from fellow Dibbers!

So over to you.. what's your go-to place for food on I-Drive (we're staying for a few days near Seaworld but have a car so can drive further afield).

BJ's & Cooper's Hawk Winery are pretty decent.

If you like different and unique dining experiences then have a look at Gyu Kaku. It looks unreal!

Usual suspects really

Olive Garden, carabbas, maggianos, Bahama breeze, the Rosen nearest universal has a fantastic Japanese called the shogun

Olive Garden, Vincenzos,Maggianos,there’s a Brazilian steakhouse by the premium outlets at north end of idrive but can’t remember it’s name , b line diner at the Hyatt is nice for a breakfast and I have a huge soft spot for a Denny’s breakfast

You're at the southern part of I-Drive, so some popular spots: Millers Ale House is an institution. Carrabba's is excellent and great value Italian. Bahama Breeze has great value as well and vibe. Cafe Tu Tu Tango is perhaps the most unique place on I-Drive. Denny's of course is widely available and tops for breakfast.

Denny’s on the crossroads next to sand lake used to be our go to.

This vacation we’ve given it two shots and it’s been garbage both times

Served with wrong orders, shouty staff, so slow on refills, drop the meal and run so when you try and tell them there is an issue it’s minutes after.

I’ve noticed a severe lack of staff in a lot of venues

Uno's pizza

Chuys is great. Chillis / Tu Tu Tango / Ethiopian restaurant / Longhorn are all good.

Hash House is an experience, get something to share as the portion sizes are ridiculous
