Monsters cafe at universal closed permanently

Universal have announced monster cafe has closed permanently. I had heard rumours last week this would happen and rumours point to it being rethemed to a Minions cafe (Hollywood and Japan have versions of this already) fitting in with the existing minions ride and new minions attraction that’s rumoured to be replacing shrek 4d.

Ohh…that’s a shame. I loved the theming of Monsters. Food was just OK but I loved the Universal history that it presented. Perhaps it’ll make a comeback in Epic Universe. 😀

Still….I does like my minions! 👍

There is expected to be the classic monsters themed land at epic universe so makes sense to re theme it universal studios. The permits for epic universe show there is a resturant plus some Food stands in the classic monsters area.

A whole land filled with spooky black and white castles, bats, square headed monsters and cast members dressed as villagers with pitchforks!

Ah this was rumoured on a YouTube channel vlogger few weeks ago, not surprised it’s going as it’s been around a long time and needed updating hopefully something with exciting food options opens in this place

Wonder how quickly the new themed restaurant will open up.
Guessing not by my holiday as only a few months away now. But a minions themed restaurant sounds fab.
