Charter Travel and tickets

i have booked a package with Charter Travel ( no concerns great deal provided) but can anyone tell me when I will get tickets or reference numbers for these to link to MDE app to enable me to book things.
Is this something I will get from Charter Travel at all or is ot something I have to do myself ?

I got these direct from Charter. Just email them and ask.

A lot of holiday companies will require you to have paid for your park tickets in full before you get the reference, not just a deposit. But if you've done that, call/email Charter and ask for them. I booked with them a few years ago and we got ours promptly. I can't remember if we'd paid the full balance or not by then.
