8 hour suncream….

Does anyone use this?

DS has to go to school with suncream on and also attends after school club. I’m worried about suncream as we put it on before school but school don’t reapply it.

So I started to think a using one of the 8 hour ones I’ve seen. Does anyone use these? Any recommendations?

Thank you

I have used Ultrasun for some time - fair skin that burns easily. Put it on in the morning 20 mins before dressing and I find It lasts all day. You have to scrub it off in the shower at the end of the day.

I've used these but havene't seen them on sale for a while.

Both Tesco own brand and Piz Buin have worked well in the past. I always carry a mini tube with me to top up on nose and cheeks.

Not so good for places like Florida where I usually sweat off any sun cream by lunch time and need to reapply, but for UK they work just fine.

Ultrasun. We used this on our last Floriday holiday in July. My daughters are fair and my husband only has to look at the sun to burn, and this suncream was fab. I think we paid £45 from QVC, so it’s expensive but without the need to constantly reapply I think it works out well

My kids have boots Soltan once. They also have a solar buddie (refillable roll on thing) in their school bags and can just use that to top up if needed.

He has one of those 2 but has coordination issues and can’t apply himself. School aren’t allowed to help him.

Another vote for Ultrasun. I never use anything else and I burn easy.

Same her for ultrasun, I’m very prone to burning and this works great. Also dh wears when golfing and doesn’t burn at all. I get mine in Superdrug.
