It just takes time, they were stuck in customs, and now being shipped, (literally) from Corfu. Cruise line have accepted responsibility and are being as helpful as they can be. We just need to wait, then assess, then sort the claim.

Oh no - that's rubbish. It was bad enough end of this week. Honestly how long does it take to send cases!?! 😖😖😖😖😖😖

After nearly three weeks, our luggage arrived home this morning, by Fed Ex. On first inspection the cases are still wet, and the contents were all damp, soaked, mouldy, and smelly.
It was quite heartbreaking! Am going to attempt to wash some of the clothing, but everything else (shoes, make up, gifts and bags etc) had to be dumped. We will list everything and send photos and videos to Celebrity.

There were others, mostly American, there was mention of lawyers.. I am mostly upset about things I know I cannot just replace easily. Like my shoes for my fat old feet, and dresses I have had years. Oh, and the turkish delight…. Did I mention that already? 🤣

Oh Louise how awful. If they had got them back to you sooner you may have been able to salvage more
If there is anything that you are particularly attached to why not see if they can be restored by professional cleaners? My friend had a house fire and all their clothes, shoes etc were smoke damaged and the cleaners did a great job on a few bits
