Aer Lingus through baggage

If I book a through ticket from Aer Lingus to fly from Manchester to Orlando connecting with Jet Blue for the New York to Orlando flight, does my baggage go right through or do I need to collect in JFK and book it back in again ?.

Are you going MAN-JFK-MCO on a through ticket? If so then you will need to collect your baggage in JFK, clear customs then drop your bags on the transfer belt and re-clear security at the terminal Jet Blue fly from.
If you are going MAN-DUB-JFK-MCO then it may be different as DUB-JFK is considered a domestic flight due to US pre-clearance.
