Underfloor heating pump
Hi we have water fed underfloor heating in most areas in our house , each room and hallway have there own thermostatic controls. Its not working at the moment and we had BG out to do our annual boiler service and picked there brains while they were here ,though BG dont do underfloor heating. The Bg man had a look and said the pump has gone as all the pipes in the cupboard with the pump are hot but its just not pumping it around the house. Does anyone work with this sort of heating and would you think this is the case and if so who do i get to change the pump, would it be an electrician or plumber. Sorry this is so long but ive googled myself out trying to find the answer. Thanks in advance if any one can help.

If its the pump, then its a plumber you need. There is also likely to be an electrically operated valve before the pump that might be at fault (the heat might be travelling by conduction to the pump). But that's needs a plumber as well. Either should be a pretty simple fix.
