Premium suv but premium elite description

Hello!

For our trip next year to accommodate our party size and luggage needs i want to book a premium SUV (ie a suburban or yukon xl etc).

I can get a really good price through alamo brits for a "premium SUV" but the actual description says BMW X3 or similar. Now I understand that this is actually a premium elite class of car,but what i want to actually book is the premium SUV.

If I go ahead and book this, will I be able to collect an actual premium SUV (as this is the actual class i have booked) or will they insist I take a premium elite (as the description is stating).

I would expect that they insist you have a Premium Elite SUV. If you actually want the Premium SUV then you will need to specifically book it. I have had two Premium Elite SUV's and they are generally smaller (think Jag F-Pace, Volvo XC60/90) etc.

Also the premium elite is only a 5 seater, just had a look at the alamo Brits and even though they are calling it a premium suv you are not booking a premium suv.

Thanks all. Just seems odd as they are falling it a premium SUV, but describing a premium elite. I can’t book one that’s both called premium SUV and describes a premium SUV as that doesn’t exist!

The one on Brits website is the premium elite, not the Suburban category. Alamo removed the premium (Suburban) last year from many of the online Alamo accounts.

If you want to drop me a quick message with your dates and how many drivers you need, I'll get a price from my supplier.
