Disneyland Paris first time in 8 years - 2. 20.12.16

Tuesday 20th December, mostly dh notes today!

After a good nights sleep we headed for a leisurely breakfast at Inventions before we hit the parks. Disneyland doesn't insist on you choosing a time for your breakfast. It also offers a full hot breakfast and we all made the most of it with cereal/fruit/yogurts then hot items followed by croissants, pain au chocolate and pain aux raisin all washed down with fruit juices, coffee or hot chocolate.

We decided to head to Studios first and Remy fast passes. After that it was straight on to Lights Moteurs Action which has moved on a bit and has a Lightning McQueen segment now rather than Herbie. We also noted that the bad guy doesn't fall from the roof anymore, was there an accident?

Next was Stitch Live, always good for a laugh! We then moved to Magic Kingdom and got Buzz fast passes, followed by the Royal Princesses show. From there, we did Snow White before taking lunch at the delicatessen on Main St. dd and dh did Indiana Jones while me & ds did some retail therapy. Buzz Light-year came next with one of our number getting 305000 which represents everyone else's score together. Next we switched parks and we did Remy's Ratatouille ride. I had been waiting for this but was apprehensive as I do get travel sick. However I was fine although I did close my eyes a couple of times! If I have the chance I guess I will be able to keep them open longer and longer a bit like I am with Star Wars! DH and dd then hit Rock 'n' Rollercoaster with our fast passes, but after a long wait at the entrance to the recording studio, the ride was evacuated. Fancy negotiations by dd saw the two fast passes converted into four. Next we met up again, and changed parks. Dh & I did Peter Pan on Fast passes, while ds and dd got faced with a closed BTM. Next up was dinner in Walt's Restaurant on Main St. It was a nice restaurant, but the food was not as nice as yesterday. Post dinner, ds & dh went on BTM, and then ds and dd did it again before the Dreams Light show started up. Lots of walking today and still no Rock 'n' Rollercoaster for dh and dd, Aerosmith buddies!
But tomorrow is another day.
