FairFx rates lag

Hello
There appears to be a lag between the actual rates on FairFx and those shown on the right hand bar on the Dibb. This seems to happen quite a bit. I think it used to change more accurately, although I may be wrong.

It is showing the same as on their website.

It updates every 30 minutes. On the hour and half hour.

Many thanks for reply.
I should have said that I was talking about the currency card rate.
It might be me, but it is still showing 2 different rates. On Dibb it is 1.2285. When I click on the link to FairFx and select Dollars and then currency card it is still showing as 1.214.

It might be they are not updating those rates quickly enough now.

Thanks and agreed, but when you put in the currency you want to purchase in the top RHS table it still shows as the lower rate and has been for some time.

On that basis its totally down to FairFX showing 2 different rates and nothing to do with the Dibb.

Further to that I have just checked on Euros and they show as 2 different rates as well on the FairFX site.
