Alamo Four Points Dro off 'after hours' and transport to hotel?

We are going to drive from Tampa to Universal and am drawn by the overwhelming good reviews on here to Alamo. I know there is a Hertz garage at the RPR where we are staying, but Alamo is only a mile away by the look of it at the Four points. My concern is (being relatively new to renting!) that the office closes at 4pm, yet I seem on various websites to be able to book it until 6/6:30pm which is when we need it until as we will be coming from discovery cove that day. My questions are:
1. Does this mean it is just a key drop type thing or will a person be physically there to check the car back in?
2. Will we need to Uber to the hotel or will they drop us off there (if there is a physical person there that is!)?
3. Would we just be better off using Hertz as they have a drop off at RPR instead?!
I have been going round in circles for about a week now.. any ideas/ help much appreciated

Apart from their Car Care Centre in Disney Alamo won't drop you anywhere. Neither will anyone else either.
I would hazard that it will be a key drop facility.

Edit. Been doing more research on this. You are right the closing time is 4.00pm but loads of posts on the Dibb say 5.00pm, weird!
Very small desk with a key drop box.
That's all I can find.
