Picking car up from disney car centre

We normally pick our car up from MCO and always use Alamo so we can choose our vehicle. but this year we are starting our holiday at AoA so not picking car up until 3rd day ready to move to villa.
My question is, will we still have a choice of vehicles from Disney car centre or do we get what Alamo send us?
We have booked an intermediate suv but we want to make sure the boot is big enough for an electric scooter. It has never been a problem when picking up at the airport.

They allocate a car for you and give you the keys at the desk. If there are issues you could ask to change it, but would depend on their flexibility/availability (you don't get to walk along a line and pick like at the airport).

You don't get to see and choose a car, but when we picked one up last year the person at the desk next to us was requesting a specific car and he got what he asked for. When you get there, just request one with a large boot/trunk space as you have a scooter and I'm sure they'll do everything they can to accommodate you.
