Alamo email confirmation?

I've booked my car hire using Alamo Brits but had no email, should I have received one? My booking comes up on their website when I input the reference so at least I know all is ok.

I normally get mine in a minute or two. Check your E mail address was correct, also your junk folder.

Aha I didn't think of my spam folder and I had a good clear out recently so can't check that although I don't think it went there as I've just emailed them and an automated reply has gone to my inbox.
I can't see my email address on the reservation so I'll wait for their reply.
