Gluten & Dairy Free in Disney

Hi

How good are Disney at catering for a special diet for buffets? At Universal they had one dish in each restaurant that was suitable for special diets. The GF were also very good at breakfast. I wondered how good buffets were for special diets? I presume all the sit down restaurants are good in Disney at this.

disney are great at dealing with food allergies/intolerances most ts restaurants have dedicated menus and at the buffets the chef comes out walks you through the options available and even cooks food to order depending on your needs. ds can't have dairy and it was no problem he still got thing like mickey waffles just cooked to order.
qs also have allergy free offerings so you'll always find something
there lots of allergy menus here glutenfreedairyfreewdw/menus/
a bit time consuming to go through but will give you a great idea of whats currently available
