Skipping the counter what companies?

We used Alamo this year, skip the counter was great. Any other companies do this.
Thanks

Nobody does the same type of thing as Alamo but Avis have their preferred scheme which does away with the desk and the allocated car is marked up for you
Hertz have something similar.
Nothing matches Alamo though

Cheers Tom I thought as much. I have to say it was brilliant not having to queue with tired children. Dates for the vehicle we'd like are coming out at just over £1000 at the moment. 😬 However it's a long long way off yet.

A long time for you yet, I wouldn't worry about a car until at least another year. But, you are right to monitor things.
Set up a spreadsheet and every month put in the prices you find for 5 or 6 companies. Look for trends as they are there.

I just do online check in and the skip the counter bit 'flows' on from there.
However on occasions it just wont do it! Happened to me once and no way could I get it sorted.
There is a Sticky above thats a great help. All about opening a 2nd tab on your PC.
Bottom line is they dont care anyhow. If you just do OLCI you can still go straight to the garage - I did.

Best of luck. The Sticky went on after I had issues as maybe I would have managed it otherwise.

Well we have done it but for some reason I couldn't add me as the additional driver. It kept saying 'secure ticket invalid' I hope we can do it at the garage.
