Hello all,

I've not been on here in a while - not been able to afford to go to the States and so didn't want to be tempted!

However booked flights to Austin, Texas for next August last night, and having read all your recommendations and plans I'm feeling extremely excited!

Sounds like a fab trip you have planned! Would so love to got to Hawaii - its on my bucket list. Kids a little young for the length of flight at the moment... We did Colorado in 2018 and loved it. Hubby has always wanted to go to Texas (bought our guide book in 2002!) so now the planning commences!

Hi everyone - long time no speak!

Just wanted to say that today I booked our final
Accomodation - so now all
Flights/hotels are booked! Yeah!

Final itinerary is now as follows:

Fly to Seattle -afternoon and evening there (overnight at Motif Seattle)

Next morning fly to Honolulu and collect hire car - (4 nights - Outrigger Beach Resort)

(7 nights Aulani - booked today!)

Overnight flight to Dallas

Flight arrives at 8.30am - collect hire car and drive to southfork ranch & then into Dallas too visit JFK museum (overnight Magnolia hotel)

Drive to Fort Worth Stockyards for Friday night rodeo (overnight in Fort Worth Stockyards Hyatt)

Then finishing with three nights in San Antonio (Omni La Mansion del Rio)

Fly home from Austin!

Very excited now it’s all booked!
