They were quite far offshore but it looks like 2 Disney ships and another farther out.

No ships docked at Port Canaveral except for a tiny day boat doing tours.

Donna friend sent us pictures of cruise ships from there balcony docked off near there there home in Scotland
It’s had a knock,on effect for them as they do private guided tours / arrange shopping trips and the biggest thing golf outings
It’s the skeleton crews that are needed to maintain who are in isolation I feel most sorry for to be honest many are getting room and board only and no money to send back to family as they normally do

Helen, I agree the situation for the crews who are mostly from underdeveloped countries is horrific. The Cocoa area was fairly busy but we had absolutely no problems finding space on the beach. Many of the locals must be really struggling. The off port parking was full of unused mini buses and there must be hundreds who normaly work at the port, loading and unloading the ships and checking in passengers.

our work is based right on the River Clyde here in Glasgow and over the last month there has been numerous cruise boats going up the Clyde to park up

our line of work involves cruise work and all have been cancelled until 2021

As you say Saratoska the Clyde looks so different with all the cruise ships now
DH was golfing at the Carrick on Friday said it was so odd to see a plane go over and even odder to see all the car parks at Glasgow airport empty

This was dorset a couple weeks ago, apparently still full of staff and have to stay away from Southampton as they have ships in and out. We see the little boats dropping supplies off to them.
