This ^^^

Our local village pub is always busy, weekends are rammed, so we’ll avoid this weekend.
Will have a stroll down in the week instead and see what it’s like. They’ve announced no under 18s so there won’t be any families there which reduces numbers a little.
We have around 6 country pubs within 1-1.5 miles of us, but I’m guessing they’ll all be busy at the weekend.

I must admit with domestic alcohol consumption increases over the last 3 months is there really a big appetite to return to the pubs as we once did Pre-Covid?

I think the poll remains inconclusive though...

I was an avid pub goer pre lockdown but I'll be giving it a miss this weekend. We have a table booked on the 18th July at our favourite Italian for our wedding anniversary so looking forward to that as our 1st venture out. Until then its Gin o clock at home.😁

A well managed pub, should have everything in place,so that the rammed rowdy places a few of you are imagining, just does not happen.

If we were walking past a local pub on Saturday or Sunday afternoon and the beer garden wasn't too full there is a small chance we might. But I don't see that happening

They have, but as our local is always busy and it’s first come, first served, then I know that unless we’re there queuing before the doors open, there’s no chance we’re getting in 😆

I'm a regular pubgoer but will not be going any time soon. Will wait and see how it goes. As Sue said, I prefer the measures (and the prices) at home ... cheers!

We love the original House of the Trembling Madness on Stonegate. The newer one on Lendl is great too, and will be easier for social distancing
Also Judges Lodging on Lendl, and Pivni are two other favourites
