DCL cancellation Policy and Castaway Club
Hi all
I was wondering if anyone knew whether DCL has a free cancellation policy or whether you lose the deposit? I can’t seem to find straightforward advice on the website. Also, when I logged in, the website told me that they couldn’t find my Castaway Club membership? I’ve taken three previous Disney cruises? Has this happened to anyone else? Many thanks in advance! |

If you cancel a standard room prior to 120 days before the cruise then you get a full refund of the deposit. After that the amount you get refunded reduced so the closer you are to the cruise the less you get back. Conceirge have different policies. IF you look on this page disneycruise.disney.go/c...conditions/UK/ (assuming you booked through UK site) and search for "cancellations and refunds" then it gives you more information about it. US booking terms are here disneycruise.disney.go/c...united-states/
In terms of Castaway number email DCL and ask them for it. Its probably just a glitch. We had the issue with my sisters hubby a few years back but we emailed and said we have cruised on these cruises (giving exact dates and the booking refs) and they found him and sorted it all out.

Thank you so much! I did read the T&C page, but I was getting confused by the ‘rooms with restrictions’ bit.
I really appreciate you answering my questions and am going to go ahead and book today! 😃 |
