Mobile Success with recovering a ride photo

It was only after returning from our holiday in September and reading a thread on the Dibb that I realised a few rides had taken our photos but because there were no screens to view them I hadnt realised!🤦🏻We didnt have magic bands so they werent automatically uploaded onto our memory maker.I was gutted so again through info on the Dibb I found out how to contact Disney and after a few emails they located our frozen photo! ❄️Im so happy!Just need them to find sdmt now!Dont think they will find haunted mansion as we didnt scan fast passes but fingers crossed for the sdmt🤞🏻If this has happened to anyone else its worth a try!

Really pleased for you! I, too, managed to retrieve a couple of photos with the help of the PhotoPass department. We realised the photos hadn't uploaded while we were still at WDW, but the PhotoPass helpers at the park were not able to trace it for us (they did search). I just about gave up on it, but I mentioned it in a chat with guest services and they passed the matter on the relevant department. I had an email within a few hours to let me know the 2 photos have been added to our memory maker. Definitely worth a try if anyone is missing any images.

Don't be defeatist. I didn't scan my Magic Band at Haunted Mansion at all but they managed to find mine by the time and description of what I was wearing! They are very good

Our entire Animal Kingdom day photos did not appear. Guest services in Disney Springs found them for us. yay!

We had a few hiccups with Photopass during our stay, shots with Zazu after he'd flown away in AK, missing ghosts on HM and shots of other families instead of us! Contacted the Photopass dept. a few times through MDE and they were fantastic in recovering our missing pics

Is there a specific email to use for Photopass? I contacted them about a missing ride photo that I only just discovered ( and they are meant to "expire" on Nov 1st). Gave them all the details of the time etc but i had a response advising me how to access my photos in MDE like I had never used the app before..! All very weird.

Go to the contact us on the PhotoPass website.They will send an email asking for loads of information😀
