Seaworld advice and opinions please

Hi

We have a day ticket for SeaWorld and would like to know what people think of the park? We have 4 youngish children - are there many rides for them? Is there anything that we should definitely do or not do? I don't really want to be there all day

Thanks

Lots - dolphins to watch and feed (for extra $'s), dolphin nursery, big interactive ray tanks - some shows (dolphins, killer whales and fun saline one - you can leave at any time if too long), Turtle Trek 3D show, and a kiddies fairground type area. Oh, and Pets Ahoy - pets doing tricks. Prob missed some stuff too...we do 10-3 ish. Oh gosh - I forgot the Penguin Encounter - ride is very smooth and see Penguins at the end!

You can no longer feed the dolphins It's changed to a dolphin experience which you can interact with them, paying extra for this. We had this booked last month but it was shut due to technical problems. I'm not sure if it's open again yet.

Our 11 year old loves animals and he really enjoyed the park, said it was his fave over disney lol! Plenty of rides, Atlantis a good water ride they'll enjoy and they'll love the dolphin and whale shows!

I was really surprised how "nice" the Seaworld park was. We went expecting only to be there a few hours and were there all day. It was great as no huge queues for anything. The unlimited refill cup was great too. I think it was $11.99 and free refills all day and really got our moneys worth ( used at Aquatica as well)

I love Seaworld and will always put it on our itinerary every trip. We allow one whole day and always get everything in. If you are a thrill seeker make sure you do Manta... hands down my all-time favourite roller coaster!

They have a huge indoor play frame that our kids loved. Plus the Shamu roller coaster - for any mini coaster fans! Our kids all love Seaworld - definitely wouldn't want to miss it.
