I think (but unsure) that this may cause issues with the UK background check, it may be worth asking the Home Office first?

Personally, I would apply for a new passport in her new name first, as if the CBP decline then she will never be allowed to re-apply, they are very strict.

Thanks! I got the same advice from Mr Morrow so will definitely phone the Home Office first. Thanks again

DH arrived with our not yet 3 year old Gs this evening he’s got GE
Aaron’s application was all done and appointment booked for tomorrow
DH explained at the greeter at the bottom of the walkway
She took them both straight to a GE desk DH had to do the kiosk
Then went with Aaron who had a ball getting his prints done making faces at the cameras and meeting a sniffer dog
Then both out the door in 20 mins and tomorrow’s appointment cancelled
DH did have additional paper work like copy of his BC authorisation from mum and dad to travel his travel insurance and about 150 pics of him and grandpa on his phone over the last 3 years
They did ask Aaron who is this who are you going to see his answer
Was lightning McQueen and oh grandma
Only other question they asked her m what’s your name can you say where you live his name fine but they moved 4 weeks ago so he said the new house and mummy says no shoes upstairs ( on her new carpets )
He’s to say hello to lightning from the officer
