Alamo Brits price gone up massively!

Just went to book an Ford Escape with Holiday Autos, it jumped from £265 for 2 weeks from 4th Oct 2015 to £284 (all other car shot up too), I called them and they said it was the Dollar, but, just checked the week after and it is still £265 plus all other vehicles are the original cheaper price. I guess it's all just part of the great Orlando rip off

As an aside, booked my holiday (Virgin) on Saturday with Charter Travel, got a great price (thanks Andy!) it then increased by... wait for it... £800? checked tonight and hey presto, back to Original price on Saturday

We booked in September a 7seater mini van for 16 nights for next August £364 today the same minivan is £702. So glad we booked when we did.
