Cicis Pizza also do a buffet if you like pizza. Cheap and cheerful but edible.

Hi, Virgin, Thomas Cook and Thomson all fly out of Manchester so just keep checking Skyscanner for good flight prices.

We flew with Thomson around Easter 2012 premium for £330 each! Have never paid more than £500 pp in the 10 years if going so it can be done for less!

Also sign up for all the email clubs to get free starters/ discounts in restaurants.

If you want to message me I can send you a list of all the restaurants I sign up to and also a villa that I have stayed in that's very reasonable. Unless you do allocation on arrival as part of a package that could well work out cheaper but I have not done this before.

We've booked a newish villa at Cypress Pointe with 4 bedrooms for 16 nights for £1300 so you should be able to get something in budget.

Sweet tomatoes is also a buffet place, though mainly salads type stuff, sign up for their mail list as I'm always getting emails with good deals. Great for when you get to the point in the holiday when you really just need a to see some veggies on your plate!

Sweet Tomatoes sounds good. And I like the sound of the chicken & salad from Republix too so made a note of both of them

Good to hear villas can be found cheaper as well. We haven't got as far as deciding which area we want to be in. We've always stayed in Kissimmee in the past. Last time was Liki Tiki which in 2008 was lovely but seems to get mixed reviews now. Plus going there would mean having to book 2 apartments to get the 4 bedrooms we want so would work out more expensive. But as long as there's a pool we don't mind if it's private or community.

Going through the finances & even allowing for a mega shopping splurge I think we should be able to do it. So even though it's so far ahead & we haven't booked anything yet, I'm off to find myself a countdown

Thanks again for all the help
