In your position needing to urgently sort out the multiple payments I can understand using your mobile and think you have every right to be fuming at the cost.
Several people on here think Disney can do no wrong and should never be criticised! Whether they were in the wrong or not in this case I would send them the details and have little doubt they will offer you something for the cost & inconvenience.

Haha I just need a whinge more than anything. My husband who is normally super patient went mad! But what he doesn't realize is I'm planning the whole thing single handedly for 7 of us... he came upstairs earlier and said 'it's just a mistake and you v rarely make them so forget about it'

Bless him. I will email them and see what they say. They can only say no xx

You could have just called your bank or card provider and got them to refund it as it is a non authorised charge.

I did but as it was showing as accepted their side they wouldn't. The problem was it was showing on Disney's side as declined but they still took the money.

I have called them on the 0800 number today and they have offered us fastpasses for 1 day to compensate for my time.

That's all they're allowed to authorize so asked for a manager to call me back tomorrow

Has it actually cleared? I once had this happen with a kitchen, they ran the card and they said it got declined twice, then it went through, checked my bank and it was showing as 36k in pending transactions, but the bank said it was a hold and the other 2 won't actually clear. If it has gone through then 100% the bank can reverse it and it is on them to do so especially if disney aren't playing ball.

That's something at least, i hope they are unlimited haha.

For info for other members... Vodafone charge £5 for 100 minutes of international calls as a bundle... most other providers do similar packages.

To be honest I would be happy with that.

All in all it is your mistake to call using your mobile and when you think about how much fastpasses cost at place like Alton Towers its a good deal if you have got that for all seven of you.

Sorry its cost you a lot. We have all been there we have done something like this. Personally I would move on now.

Thanks I know it right. It was just 1 of those booking Disney moments where I felt under pressure to sort there and then.

I know it's my fault, I'm the idiot.

The reason I was trying to get something back from disney is that they made the mistake and never asked my permission to keep attempting the payment which i thought was a bit naughty as could have blocked my card.

I'll see what they say when the manager rings back.

If its just fastpasses I'll swallow that and just take it on the chin.

Finding sorting it all mind boggling and struggle with anxiety anyway so it's not helping.

Thanks So much for all the responses xx
