BTW Mick, I LOVE that photo!
Thank you. The camera was very secure with a lanyard around my wrist. It was a photo that I'd been determined to take in riding it many times over the years.

I think it was around 2010 and possibly the last time we rode it. A little lad of a around 8 or 9 was alongside us in the line and obviously a bit nervous about riding. His mum said it can't be bad as there's no lap belts or restraints so he went on.

I think belts were added soon after?

Mick

But if you are a serious adrenalin junkie you can't ignore the Tiki Room.

I would go for one of the fantasyland rides first. Maybe the little mermaid!

Although Splash is my all time favourite ride. I totally agree it's a fab photo Mick.

I always ride BTM first but as an introduction try winnie the pooh as that ride is just silly and fun. My DH does not see what I see in the ride.

Or walk in, turn right hit up Buzz Lightyear then Space Mountain and perhaps Monsters Inc Laugh Floor if you need a rest after SM.

Then head towards Fantasyland and do 7DMT and some of the classics (aka the ikkle rides like Its a Small World, Winnie the Pooh, etc).

Splash Mountain has to be done first! It's a great ride. Sitting in your log, gliding round in the warm sunshine, rocking from side to side to "how do you do..." with a great elevated view over MK? Can't beat it! Xxx

No Sir, the Tiki room certainly isnt a first day ride, you have to build yourself up for that one, its one of those... hot day need a break kinda rides Or a little time till fast pass kinda rides then ice cream floats straight outside YUM

No Sir, always go left. Right is wrong.

7 dwarfs is a fast pass kinda ride no one wants to queue for like 2 days. So thats a wait till later then get ice cream sundaes opposite it.
