A word of warning...

My Travel Councillor booked it for me. She had done it before and recommended it. I paid it as part of my holiday bill. I have asked her to look into it as she booked it through a third party but not ATD... Think it may have been Do something different.com?

I would definitely persue it further as your experience wasn't as advertised. I think Facebook is the way to go.

that's such a shame that experience was so spoiled for you. I agree with others I would go on facebook..its amazing how quick some companies are on there the minute something negative is posted. Good luck

Really sorry to hear that. Not what you should have received at all and especially disappointing when you've been looking forward to it for a special occasion. Persevere and escalate the issue in any way that you can if you arn't getting any joy from the person you're dealing with. Just not good enough.

Sounds like a bad employee probably keeping the champers himself no doubt.

I wouldn't use a company that doesn't even have email though.

Some people had a good experience but I would never use them as clearly the don't care about customer service or they would have dealt with your complaint.
