Alamo- protection type invalid

I have cancelled the booking. Will try alamo Brits tonight. If that doesn't work, ill just have to prepay and hope for the best.
Find it strange how they don't know their own policy x

This sounds like an error in there system,
Other possabilities are a character in your email adress which there system dont except like +* or something like that
Also it could be an issue with the type of card you are using.It must be a credit card not a debit card to do pass the counter.

It usually means invalid command so gets rejected.

Als o you could try from a differnt source ie if your using your ipad or tablet try from a windows device pc laptop.

so going through brits sorted the problem?

i have just done save time & got the same msg on trying to do olci
i have pre paid the car so what alamo told you isn't correct, i pre paid my car last year & did olci no problem
