It might be worth it if they take you straight into the park bypassing the bag check and the queues at the ticket barriers.

Again, you can still get your bus/monorail/boat/drive/walk/taxi, but there is now an additional option which is similar to a taxi but provided by Disney themselves.
Of course people have the choice on whether to pay for it or not...but it doesn't stop the rest of us having opinions on it and I know from lots of other sites people think it's just Disney greed again.

One of the online polls on whether people would pay for this is at the moment showing 21% would pay and 79% who wouldn't.

Everyone is obviously entitled to the opinion, including me.

I've also read other sites and there are a lot of people who are quite receptive to this and see it as good value if you park hop and are staying for a decent amount of time.

And is it not the point that not everyone would do it? It's aimed at a niche section of guests who want to park hop as quickly as possible and are willing to pay a small amount to do so ($24 for a week's stay is less than 1 coke a day). In that context 21% actually seems like a healthy number of people who actually want this service.

Which is exactly what it does.

No, no, no, no, no, no, no NO!

Greedy money grabbing dangle you by your ankles and shake your lose change out strip you for everything you have nonsense.

Thats my opinion and I'm sticking to it so don't bother arguing, I've heard all of the 'you don't have to, its an option' stuff and I'm not interested. They drive me further away from returning each time they release something like this.

Anyone see Fantastic Beasts yet?

This image springs to mind with Disney lately

Why would you not go to disney when they offer a service that you would not take advantage of?

Is it the same as not shopping in tescos cause they have a finest range?

Potentially some illogical comments ?

And how many of you pay extra for an optional charge with Virgin? Premium Economy for example.
All Disney are doing are providing an option for folks who want to use it. If you don't want to use it ( and I don't) then don't.
And if not enough people make their free choice to use it, then Disney will soon shut it down f it doesn't make money.
