Last day of school and Christmas party for my youngest.

90% of presents done and wrapped. Will do the others tomorrow I think.

Need to visit my gran and food shop.
Make the gingerbread house and some tiffin.

I do feel like it’s too much pressure. I’m worrying about having a good Christmas dinner and not getting all the right stuff from the shop but I’m not sure anyone is actually bothered.
Yep, I totally hear you. Mine are bothered only as to ensure they are getting a good spread, but zero interest in how this comes about

I've just finished wrapping and realised I've forgotten someone and something I ordered hasn't actually arrived. Will be ringing about that tomorrow and no doubt having to dash out for a replacement! Other than that just got housework and fresh food shopping to do.
We have 15 coming here on Xmas day for a buffet of curry, hot beef sandwiches, pies and quiche and a HUGE selection of deserts. Still a lot of work but less pressure to be perfect or getting everything cooked at the same time. (Our Xmas dinner is on Boxing Day at a local hotel where there will be 19 of us.)We then do it all again on New Years 😀
