When are EMH dates released?

Not sure whether my title makes sense or not but I was wondering when Disney releases the dates for EMH i.e. when will we be able to tell where the EMH are on, for example, the 7th July?

May was mid October so mid December for July if I'm correct.

I think you can work it out tbh, they seem to follow a defined pattern. That's not to say it won't change before they release your hours but just if you wanted a rough idea

Disney releases their initial indication of EMH dates for a particular month about 6 and a half months before the beginning of that month.

So, for July 2019, they'll release their initial calendar sometime in mid-December 2018.

Note that the EMH dates may change at any time after that initial release. Disney could make alterations to their calendar at any time between mid-December and July. You can sign up to be notified of any changes on the DIBB's park hours page (see the box near the top of the page).
