We went last week. Our youngest is 5 and he really enjoyed the shows, the dolphin nursery, the turtles and the manatees. He did infinity falls but he is an adrenaline junkie! Your toddlers wouldn’t be able to. At the moment all the other rides (bar a something-and-nothing carousel) are not aimed at younger children, so it depends what you want to do and are expecting.

The Antarctic Penguin ride can be enjoyed by young children. And then there's Turtle Trek - which isn't a ride but still an attraction. But, yes, the 3 coasters and Journey to Atlantis aren't suitable for young children.

Considering I started visiting Seaworld before they had any rides, I feel there's enough to do watching the shows and looking at the animals.

There are so many shows and animal encounters. I think Seaworld is a great park for young children. Much less busy and less sensory overload for kids.

You should be able to do it in a day but as said lots of tickets come with a free extra day.
Have to admit we preferred it when there wasn't rides there because of the screaming from riders but still a nice day out, love feeding the stingrays
