Fast passes one at a time
Sorry I should know this but can you book fast passes one at a time on the day in a park or do you need to do all three then book extras?

All 3 have to be used before you can book extra
Remember that in Epcot you can only book one Tier 1 ride so you need to do 2 Tier 2 rides before you can get another Tier 1. We booked a ride that was close to our first Tier 2 ride for our 2nd Tier 2, scanned in then made an excuse to leave then looked to book another Tier 1

Normally/usually most people book 3 fastpasses for each day before they go. Then once they have used all of those 3 fastpasses they can book additional fastpasses one at a time on the day.
However, you don't have to prebook those 3 fastpasses if you don't want to. You can book fastpasses one at a time on the day in the park if you want.
