I can't see that there are very many options - although I am quite tempted to have a Cinnabon for breakfast!

There is a really nice Irish restaurant, think its opposite The Mummy from what I can remember.It might actually be near the Blues Brothers little side road.

Highly recommend, no idea about their breakfast or Vegetarian options though. We had dinner there.
