Should I be happy or angry? Car hire

Landed yesterday with BA, fantastic flight, very happy so far.
Had a full size SUV booked with Avis via BA. expecting a Tahoe or Expidition type vehicle, but allocated a Buick Enclave which to me is not “full sized”, but that said, it is big enough for our needs and seems very well specced. A little research indicates it to be more a “Premium SUV or Crossover”
Should I be moaning as I paid for a higher class or being grateful as this is a higher class? Any car hire experts wish to advise?
Not too worried as we’re here safe and sound with a car and accommodation but hate if I’ve been done over 🤷🏻

I would be happy as long as you have enough room. It does come under the premium SUV class so I would say you are winning.

I drove the older model of what you currently have. I would be pleased to have it and think financially you have done ok.

This class is as a downgrade in my eyes or at the very least, a sideways move.

You booked a Full size SUV (group Z FFAR) and you got a RFAR, which is a standard elite SUV. ie - A better speced standard SUV with a 3rd row of seats.

The spec on the RFAR will be good, however from a cargo space point of view you have been downgraded compared to the group Z full size suv.

If it was me, i would not be happy as i expect the class i booked, but if the spec is top notch, ie, far beyond a Tahoe LT as an example, if the Enclave has vented cooled seats, tri zone climate control, head up display, digital dash, adaptive cruise control etc, i would be inclined to keep it.

However, the new Enclave has grown and is on a pair with a tahoe now too in length - so all the groups and cars are all over the place.
